"Across the Pond" starts with a solid English IPA malt bill, delivering a familiar, rich foundation. What sets it apart are the carefully chosen hops. From the UK, we've harnessed the deep earthiness of Challenger, the floral complexity of Godiva, and the zesty, citrusy notes of Olicana. From the USA, Bru-1 and Azzaca join the party, infusing tropical fruitiness with hints of pineapple and mango. The result is a balanced and refreshing beer.
